Cancellation Policy

Deposit (1st night's stay) will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 7 days before arrival date.  This includes credit card deposits.  All other cancellations will be refunded the deposit minus a service/processing fee ranging from $20-$40.  Rain or Shine, there are no exceptions.
