YOU CALL, PLEASE NOTE:
WE DO
NOT RESERVE ROOMS FOR SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY STAYS DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS.
A one-night deposit is required for all reservations.
Your deposit guarantees that we will hold the room or rooms you requested and
that you will honor the entire period booked. Reservations may not be
shortened or changed within 7 days before arrival date.
You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. See our Cancellation
Policy (below).

The motel units and pool area are for the use of registered
guests only.

Pet Watch, Pet Sitting (732)892-8338, a local dog and cat kennel, is
just 3 miles away.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit (1st night's stay) will be
forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 7 days before arrival date.
This includes credit card deposits. All other cancellations will be
refunded the deposit minus a service/processing fee ranging from $20-$40. Rain or Shine, there are no exceptions.
