pOLICIES

1. Deposits

A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due upon your arrival.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on your arrival day.

  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at check-in with a valid government-issued photo ID. Reservations made by guests under the age of 21 will not be honored. All non-family guests in the party must also be 21 or older. Guests traveling as a family unit with minor children are welcome; however, all guests under the age of 21 must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times while on the property. Broadway Court Motel reserves the right to deny check-in to any party that does not meet this requirement.

 

3. Third Party Check-In

  • The name on the reservation must match the credit or debit card used for booking.

  • Only the reservation holder may check in.

  • For security, the credit or debit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in along with a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • To authorize another person to check in on your behalf, please contact the front desk prior to your arrival date.

 

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  • Minimum length of stay, early check-out, and other fees may apply when modifying a reservation.

 

5. Credit / Debit Card Processing

  • The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented with a valid photo ID at check-in.

  • Any room or property damage or missing items may be charged to the card on file.

 

6. Occupancy

  • The number of guests in the room must match the number of guests listed on the reservation. We verify occupancy upon check-in.

  • Additional bedding (roll-aways, cots, or similar) is not available beyond the existing room setup.

  • Pack-n-plays are not provided by the motel. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

 

7. Room Number Assignment

We will make every effort to accommodate room preferences; however, we cannot guarantee specific room types, locations, or numbers. Room assignments are made at check-in and are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for specific requests.

 

8. Parking

Courtyard rooms include one parking space per room in our on-site lot. Efficiency apartments can accommodate up to two vehicles per room. Please provide all vehicle license plate numbers at check-in. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the motel.

 

9. Pool

  • Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

  • No lifeguard is on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.

  • Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times in and around the pool area.

  • Alcohol and glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the pool area.

  • Please shower before entering the pool.

  • Loud music is not permitted in the pool area. Please be respectful of other guests.

  • Broadway Court Motel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property in or around the pool area.

10. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During this time, guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests. This includes music, television, outdoor gatherings, and vehicle noise. Guests who repeatedly violate quiet hours may be asked to vacate the property without refund.

 

11. Smoking Policy

Broadway Court Motel maintains a cigarette-smoke- and vape-free environment inside all rooms and interior spaces. Cigarette smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. The use of cannabis (marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

 

Designated outdoor smoking areas for cigarettes are available outside the building and at the rear of the property near the pool seating area. Guests are asked to be courteous of other guests when using these areas.

 

12. Pets & Service Animals

Pets

Broadway Court Motel does not permit pets of any kind on the property, including in guest rooms and all outdoor areas.

 

Service Animals

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), guests with disabilities who require a trained service animal are welcome at Broadway Court Motel. The following applies:

  • Service animals are permitted in all areas of the property where guests are otherwise allowed.

  • The guest is responsible for maintaining control of their service animal at all times. The animal must be harnessed, leashed, or otherwise controlled.

  • The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused by the service animal and may be charged accordingly.

 

Emotional Support Animals

Emotional support animals (ESAs) do not qualify as service animals under the ADA or NJLAD and are not permitted on the property. ESAs are subject to the same no-pets policy above.

 

13. Liability

Broadway Court Motel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any guest’s personal property anywhere on the premises, including in guest rooms, the pool area, parking areas, or other common spaces. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and use appropriate precautions.

 

14. Right to Refuse Service

Broadway Court Motel is a privately owned property and reserves the right to refuse service, deny check-in, or remove any guest from the property at any time for conduct that violates these policies, endangers the safety or comfort of other guests or staff, or results in damage to the property. In such cases, no refund of the deposit or remaining balance will be issued.

 

15. Taxes & Fees

All displayed room rates do not include the applicable 14.625% New Jersey state and local tax, which will be added to your total at checkout. Rates may also be subject to additional charges during holidays, special events, and peak periods. Any such charges will be disclosed at the time of booking.

 

16. Photography and Video Recording

By completing a reservation at Broadway Court Motel, guests acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded in public areas of the property, including but not limited to the pool area, outdoor common spaces, and the exterior of the building. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including marketing materials, social media content, and website content.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member upon check-in or avoid designated public areas where photography may occur. Opting out will have no effect on your reservation or stay.
